Aluminum Low Clearance Bars
Low clearance bars can be used anywhere there is a lower ceiling or restricted clearance height, including parking garages and financial facilities. Our hanging clearance bars will give a visual and physical notification to over height motorists. They are built using a single piece, extruded aluminum bar and are powder coated traffic yellow for corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal. Durable reflective vinyl aids in night visibility and is factory applied to save time during installation. I-Bars are available in any length increment from 2 feet to 20 feet and are equipped with two or more EasyGlide eyehooks on the top; for easy install. Custom and double sided messages are available. Custom vinyl and paint colors are available upon request.
Mast Arm Post Mount for Clearance Bars
The Mast Arm Post mount is used to give advanced notification of a low clearance height prior to the vehicle getting to a structure.
The Mast Arm Post mount is constructed using two individual posts that intersect at 90 degrees. The upright is a 4" x 4" extruded aluminum posts with 12”x12” welded base plate. Base plate is 3/8” thick aluminum plate with predrilled anchoring holes and 4-4” high welded gussets. The horizontal is a 2.25”x3” post with mounting channel. The upright and horizontal posts are secured using a structural gusset that is an 18”h x 18”w x 3/8”d aluminum plate. Finish is Duranodic Bronze, unless otherwise noted. For use with a single Clearance I-Bar up to 6ft long only.
